Our Story

What would eventually become Annashae Staffing began back in 1980. The company was founded by medical practitioners with years of experience, observing firsthand the dramatic need for healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other agencies to find fully-trained, educated personnel, and for patients to receive compassionate, expert care even as the staffing shortage grew more pronounced. Also, we realized this shortage had a profound effect on clinicians with little to no work-life balance on the edge of burnout. They needed a better way to achieve a fulfilling career providing care for others.

Our Story
